Bisquick Chicken Wings 

Super bowl is over,  but I am craving wings. I tried something different and I feel like I hit the gold mine with wings.  These wings are pretty darn good thanks to my special ingredients, the garlic log, taco seasoning and Bisquick mix. They will  make you lick your fingers clean!  Follow the steps for your next party or just make it because you want too.

Ingredients: serves 4-6 

Toss the frozen wings, taco seasoning and a chunk of garlic Log in a zip lock bag. Break up the frozen wings and rub them in the bag so they all get coated. Leave the bag in the fridge over night to defrost slowly.

Take the wings out of the fridge and toss them again to make sure they are coated with the seasoning and the garlic log. Then toss in 1 cup of Bisquick mix.

Make sure the wings are evenly coated with Bisquick mix.

Fry the wings in a single layer with vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side. Take them out and lay them on a cookie sheet.

Bake the wings in an oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

These wings are so delicious on their own, but you can toss them in your favorite BBQ sauce if you like it saucy.
